According to cmt.com Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats" has been certified platinum by the RIAA for 1 million purchased ringtones.

It's only the second country song in history to earn platinum ringtone status, following Waylon Jennings' "Theme from The Dukes of Hazzard (Good Ol' Boys)."

In addition, "Before He Cheats" is the best-selling digital country song in chart history and had previously been certified as a platinum digital single for 1 million purchased downloads.
